The Vacancy
Position: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Registry and Admissions Officer, with a focus on Registry, to join our Student Records team in Fort William, Thurso or Stornoway.
Responsibilities: This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the student journey from application through to certification and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of student records. Working within the Student Records team, you will manage and update student data, support enrolment, produce reports, respond to student and staff queries, and ensure compliance with college, awarding body and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills: You will hold a relevant qualification at SCQF Level 7 (or equivalent) and possess experience working with electronic record systems in a professional office environment. You will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational and administrative skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a meticulous approach to accuracy and detail.
A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.
Salary: £30,671 - £32,073 per annum, pro rata, plus Islands Allowance if based at Stornoway
Location: Fort William, Thurso or Stornoway
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Permanent
